After a decade in busy referral hospitals, Dr. Eleanor Hayes grew tired of ten-minute appointments and frightened animals. In 2009 she converted a former feed mill on Willow Creek Road into a clinic with a radical idea: give pets — and their people — the time they actually deserve.
What began as a single exam room and a borrowed ultrasound has grown into a full-service hospital with five veterinarians, an in-house laboratory, digital imaging, and a dedicated surgical suite — yet the founding promise hasn't changed one bit.
